Founder, Hiremath Family Foundation
Varun Hiremath is a finance expert by profession, Varun Hiremath is driven by a passion to make social changes. Although known as the Founder and CEO of Fairdeal Wealth Advisors, Varun is most passionate about the Hiremath Family Foundation, helping rural areas, his main goal is to help rural areas, encourage young people and assist underprivileged groups in society.
The foundation’s Varun was taught that wealth should be used to help others, so he has strongly incorporated this idea in his business life. He has often used his power and support to help disadvantaged communities, mainly in the less wealthy parts of Maharashtra.

Impactful Initiatives by the Hiremath Family Foundation
Varun has made a big impact through the Hiremath Family Foundation by leading many impactful projects:
- Digital E-Learning Centres: Narangi village (Alibag) has Digital E-Learning Centres that let tribal schoolchildren use tablets, educational materials and internet.
- Footwear Distribution Drives: Narangi village (Alibag) has Digital E-Learning Centres that let tribal schoolchildren use tablets, educational materials and internet.
- “Finance for Dignity” Workshops: Organized in semi-urban places like Karjat and Nashik, the workshops support families by teaching them about budgeting, banking and saving which allows them to leave financial trouble behind.
Locals in Karjat and Nashik are provided education workshops called “Finance for Dignity,” which show them how to manage their finances properly so they do not stay in debt and feel insecure.
Varun’s ideas are based on making sure communities are supported in the long run, not just for a short time, so they can feel proud and independent. The foundation’s programs are made to encourage self-reliance and not to create dependence.

Our Philosophy
A Unique Approach: Financial Literacy as Empowerment
The way Varun approaches his work is different because he considers teaching people about finances as a central part of empowering them. Varun’s model is different from the traditional ones in that it focuses on awareness and access, not only aid. For him, change starts once people are given the tools to improve themselves. A child who is using a digital device for the first time and a parent who decides to save every week instead of taking out a loan each month can experience lasting results.
Our Vision
Expanding the Foundation’s Reach
In the past two years, more than 2,000 children and families have been helped by the foundation and many of these efforts were enlarged with the help of local principals, leaders and volunteers. He is currently cooperating with others and educational NGOs to extend the model into various regions across India.
For Varun, the Hiremath Family Foundation acts as a workshop for making improvements in the community. The foundation adapts its approach, learns new things and keeps evolving to create the biggest impact. Varun feels that the foundation of development lies in the basics, since even a simple thing like a pencil, shoes or good financial habits can greatly help a child succeed.
