Varun Hiremath Leads Philanthropic Efforts to Support Rural Education and Child Welfare in Maharashtra
Varun Hiremath, CEO of Fairdeal Wealth Advisors and founder of the Hiremath Family Foundation from Maharashtra, delivered his consistent commitment and support to suburban learning and child well-being through an array of field-based enterprises across Maharashtra.
Recently, Hiremath Family Foundation contributed the new brand shoes to children in Zirad village on December 11, 2025. This small act of kindness made many students feel comfortable, protected, self-esteem, and restored their eagerness to attend school and enhance their regular involvement in learning.
The foundation presented 393 pairs of shoes to students of the Raigad Zilla Parishad Prathmik School in Nitlas village in the beginning of the year 2025. This contribution of the foundation may look basic and simple but it helped many children to overcome their struggles during their school journey.
The foundation also started a digital learning center in Narangi village, Alibag, that mainly focuses on 10th standard students. This particular center assists the students to gain knowledge on learning resources, digital tools, various skills and it also helps in bridging the gap between rural and urban learning. These things will ultimately prepare the students for their upcoming academic growth
Varun Hiremath shared his words of these efforts, he remarked: “Education and child well-being starts with addressing essential needs and providing a way to learning; even little steps with regularity can make a huge difference in young lives”.
Varun Hiremath primarily aims on developing the learning access and welfare of children in suburban areas, he focuses on realistic, grassroots people through his Hiremath Family Foundation.

Recent Initiatives
To support the children in Zirad village, on December 11, 2025, the Hiremath Family Foundation, led by Varun Hiremath, contributed shoes to them to make their school going journey easy.
In the early 2025, the foundation provided 393 pairs of shoes to students at the Raigad Zilla Parishad Prathmik School in Nitlas village.
Along with these they also started an e-learning center Narangi, Alibag, that focuses mainly on 10 standard students and their academic growth.
Footwear for Rural Schoolchildren
The foundation gifted 393 pairs of shoes to students from the age 6 to 14 at the Raigad Zilla Parishad Prathmik School in Nitlas village near Panvel in May 2025.
The key reason for providing footwear is to help the children who walk to school barefoot. Varun Hiremath stated that this little gesture has made children feel dignified and confident and rejuvenated their eagerness to attend school regularly and be involved in school activities.
E-learning and Digital Education
The e-learning center in Narangi village, Alibag gives the indigent students access to digital learning, language learning, and skill building programs.
The center goal is to improve the 10th-standard education and to create future academic growth through technologies in suburban areas.
Digital Dreams Tech Program
The foundation established the Digital Dreams rural technology empowerment program in Nashik in 2025 on World Youth Skills Day, that mainly aims on establishing computer labs, offering information literacy, and presenting recruitment based digital courses to youth in rural areas.
By March 2026 the foundation has planned to cater over 10 villages with their schemes like basic digital skills certification program, introduction on Project Byte and designs on mobile e-learning to reach indigenous people.
Green Change Climate Initiative
The Green Change program is conducted for children and young adults in over 25 villages.
The states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Assam are known as green guardians.
This program urges children to understand the environmental duty through learning on climate mitigation, garbage disposal, and grassroot renewal schemes.
Foundation’s Broader Focus
The Hiremath Family Foundation initiates several programs that mainly concentrate on education, hygiene, community improvement, and ecological sustainability.
The primary objective of foundation is to focus on realistic, community based activities and building strong influence among deprived suburban society nationwide.
